This free event has become as popular as our Summer Youth Field Day. We continue to introduce local youth to activities that they may not otherwise have the opportunity to experience. The day consists of snowshoeing, Nordic skiing, dog sledding and a rescue dog demonstration. This is a great event where we partner with Maine IF&W, Yankee Chapter of NAVHDA, Maine Search And Rescue Dogs (MESARD) and Maine Youth Sports Opportunities (MYSO).

Registration is from 8:00-8:30am -This is a round robin event so it is important that participants be prompt to sign up during our designated registration times.
Participants will be divided into 4 groups and each group will visit 4 stations. We will stop for a group photo and lunch which is provided by the club.
The day usually wraps up by 2pm.

Remember to dress for the weather. It’s not a bad idea to bring extra sets of mittens/gloves, socks and shoes.
